<br />Resolution No. PC-96-46 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />7. Prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall submit to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval the design for the trailer (a manufacturer's brochure with <br />the colors and finish materials indicated would be sufficient) prior to its location on the <br />site. <br /> <br />8. The developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br />concrete-lined V -ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />9. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation control plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans. Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be <br />revegetated and stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between October 16 and <br />April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon as possible after completion of <br />grading. <br /> <br />10. The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will <br />be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />II. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the improvement <br />plans. <br /> <br />12. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City Engineer <br />prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />13. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. <br />This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />14. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />15. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection and City Engineer prior to the issuance <br />of any building permits. <br /> <br />16. The developer shall comply with the recommendations of the soils report prepared by <br />Berlogar Geotechnical Consultants dated April 1991, or a project-specific geotechnical <br />report. The developer's geotechnical consultant shall review and approve all fill and <br />grading to ensure that the recommendations have been properly incorporated into the <br />development. The consultant shall certify by writing on the plans or as otherwise <br />acceptable to the City Engineer and Director of Building Inspection that the final grading <br />plan is in conformance with the soils report approved with the project.
