<br />Resolution No. PC-96-36 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Because of the size limit on the secondary unit and the limit on the number of <br />adults which could reside in the secondary unit, there will be little or no impact on <br />the existing sewer and utility system. <br /> <br />C. The proposed conditional use will comply with each ofthe applicable <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The proposed secondary unit is located within the proposed single-family <br />dwelling.
