The City's final federal funding appropriations (CDBG and HOME) are <br />incorporated into the 5-Year Consolidated Plan for FY 2025-2029 and Annual Action Plan for <br />FY 2025-2026, which will be submitted to HUD by the August 15, 2025 deadline. The Human <br />Services Commission reviewed and made recommendations on the various applications, with <br />those recommendations reflected in this report. <br /> <br />Phase Two Funding <br />Phase Two comprises City General Fund-supported grant programs. Because the City's two- <br />year budget was still in process when the Human Services Commission recommended non- <br />General Fund programs, the proposed allocations identified in this report are based on the <br />Commission's ratings and scores for programs not funded or partially funded in Phase One. <br /> <br />The City's FY 2025/26 HHSG program will provide funding for the period July 1, 2025 through <br />June 30, 2026. 31 applications were received with a total funding request of $1,337,164.
