4 <br />5) Seahawks Use of Others Areas at DBAC. <br /> <br />a) During the terms of this Agreement, City will allow Seahawks to use storage <br />spaces located on the 50 meter pool deck and in the main building hallway, which <br />must remain clean and organized to the City's standards; no equipment shall <br />remain on the 50 meter pool deck unless approved in advance by the City. <br /> <br />b) With advanced permission from City, Seahawks coaching staff may be provided <br />agreed upon office access at the DBAC for day-use only. <br /> <br />c) City copy machine in the DBAC is available for minimal use by Seahawks <br />coaches to make black and white copies of not more than 500. Bulk copying shall <br />be completed elsewhere at Seahawks own cost. <br /> <br />6) Conditions of Use. Seahawks use of the DBAC is also subject to the Conditions of Use <br />set forth in Exhibit D. <br /> <br />7) Lifeguards. <br /> <br />a) Seahawks shall not use lifeguards who are employed by City to work directly for or <br />volunteer for Seahawks at the DBAC. Seahawks may only use City lifeguards when <br />Seahawks are paying City for lifeguard services, and City lifeguard employees are <br />scheduled by City. <br /> <br />b) Seahawks coaches shall be solely and fully responsible for providing lifeguarding <br />services to all Seahawks team members, and family members, volunteers, and <br />invitees ("affiliates") when they are within the DBAC pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> <br />i) Lifeguard services are defined as follows: The attendance of one or more <br />lifeguards who possess a current certificate from the American Red Cross, and <br />are trained to administer first aid, including, but not limited to, <br />cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and who have no duties to perform other than <br />to supervise the safety of participants in water-contact activities. (Public <br />Swimming Pools and Spas California Association of Environmental Health <br />Administrators, Revised July 1, 2018). <br /> <br />ii) All Seahawks coaches shall possess, or obtain, a current valid American <br />Red Cross Lifeguard certification. City’s Recreation Supervisor may <br />reasonably request to see such certifications. <br /> <br />iii) At least two (2) Seahawks lifeguard-certified coaches shall be on the pool <br />deck while Seahawks team members and affiliates are present.
