Page 6 <br /> <br /> <br />experience as a city manager has helped me to build rapport and trust with staff members when <br />conducting 360-degree evaluations. <br />I am an experienced coach and career mentor for chief executives and aspiring city managers. I <br />have formerly facilitated the annual California City Management Foundation (CCMF) New and <br />Future City Managers Seminar and have been a frequent presenter on the city manager’s hiring <br />and evaluation process. As a former senior advisor for the League of California Cities and the <br />International City-County Management Association, I provided ongoing personal and <br />professional advice to 23 city and county managers in the northern coastal counties of California <br />from Sonoma County to the Oregon border. <br />I am a past president of the League of California Cities’ City Managers Department and a former <br />board member of the California City Management Foundation. I hold the ICMA-Credentialed <br />Manager (retired) designation, and held the American Institute of Certified Planners Certification <br />for 30 years. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA, a Master of Public <br />Administration from USC, and a Master of Planning from USC. <br /> <br />Experience of Firm <br /> <br />As noted above, I have extensive experience facilitating performance evaluations for city <br />managers and city attorneys.
