Cost, Schedule & Deadlines
The fixed-price fee for the facilitated performance evaluation processes I have outlined in this
proposal is $20,000. This fee includes all expenses related to reviewing self-assessments,
conducting interviews, preparing the feedback reports, travelling to Pleasanton, facilitating the
meetings with the City Council in Pleasanton, and providing memos which summarize the
proposed goals and performance measures for next year. All interviews will be conducted
remotely via the Zoom or Teams platforms, while I will facilitate the meetings with the City
Council on site in Pleasanton. This fee assumes that both closed sessions with the City Council will
occur on the same date. In the event that an additional executive session meeting is needed, an
additional fee of $1000 plus actual travel expenses will be charged. The fee includes professional
liability insurance at $1 million per occurrence/aggregate, general liability insurance at $2 million
per occurrence/$4 million aggregate and a city business license.
Docusign Envelope ID: 516AF49D-2735-491F-A208-3EC4B34CC4C1
