The structure would remain in compliance with all applicable building codes, City development standards, and development standards unique to the Ruby Hill Design Guidelines and PUD. WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this proj ect. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposal is in compliance with State law and that, as conditioned, the proposal would maintain the character of the existing single-family residence and not impact adjacent properties. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Section 2. Approves Case UP-97-65, the application of Robert Symons Associates for a conditional use permit to construct an approximately 750 square foot second unit within a new 7,600 square foot single-family home located at 1441 Forenza Court (Ruby Hill), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
