RAFTELIS 3 Fee The total fixed fee to complete the scope of work outlined in Activities 1 and 2 of this proposal is $18,500 which includes all professional fees and expenses. Our fee for Activity 3, Executive Coaching, is charged at an hourly rate of $260. We suggest that 15 hours be sessions. To hold the date, a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 (paid to Raftelis Financial Consultants) will be invoiced upon signing of the agreement.
