However, based on the remaining available inventory of sites, there would remain adequate zoning capacity to meet the RHNA, including a remaining surplus of 314 above-moderate units, 301 lower-income units, and 70 moderate-income units. Therefore, the Planning Commission finds there is not a need to re -zone any additional sites as a result of project approval. Section 5: The Planning Commission hereby takes the following actions: a. Adopt the Section 15183 Consistency Checklist and the MMRP for the Project as set forth and incorporated herein by reference, in Attachment 2. b. Adopt the findings set forth in Sections 3 and 4 of this Resolution for Housing Site Compliance Review (Case No. P23-0480) and for Vesting Tentative Map 8680, subject to the draft conditions of approval set forth, and incorporated herein by reference, in Attachment 1. c. Recommend that the City Council direct the City Manager to execute the Affordable Housing Agreement in Attachment 3 with Square Mile Pleasanton, LLC for the Project. Section 6: This resolution shall become effective on the later of the following: 1) the day following the first meeting of the City Council after the City Council has received notice of the decision; or 2) the day after the expiration of the 15 -day appeal period.
