P23-0480 and Tract 8680 PC-2025-09, April 23, 2025 <br />7 <br /> <br />lower-income units and 173 above-moderate income units; and a surplus of 19 moderate- <br />income units. However, based on the remaining available inventory of sites, there would <br />remain adequate zoning capacity to meet the RHNA, including a remaining surplus of 314 <br />above-moderate units, 301 lower-income units, and 70 moderate-income units. Therefore, the <br />Planning Commission finds there is not a need to re -zone any additional sites as a result of <br />project approval. <br /> <br />Section 5: The Planning Commission hereby takes the following actions: <br /> <br />a. Adopt the Section 15183 Consistency Checklist and the MMRP for the Project as set <br />forth and incorporated herein by reference, in Attachment 2. <br />b. Adopt the findings set forth in Sections 3 and 4 of this Resolution for Housing Site <br />Compliance Review (Case No. P23-0480) and for Vesting Tentative Map 8680, <br />subject to the draft conditions of approval set forth, and incorporated herein by <br />reference, in Attachment 1. <br />c.
