PAVING MATERIALS: The color, material, design, and product specifications for the <br />paving materials used on-site shall be in conformance with the Project Plans and <br />included with the building permit submittal. Any proposed modifications to the final paving <br />design details shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Division prior to <br />issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />15. WINDOWS: Manufacturer type, design, material, and installation details for all windows <br />within the Project shall be specified for each unit/building in conformance with the Project <br />Plans and included in the building permit submittal. Any proposed modifications shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />16. COLOR SCHEME: The applicant shall paint a portion of the building with the color <br />scheme in conformance with the Project Plans. Primary and secondary (accent) paint <br />colors should be painted next to each other on the building, to the extent feasible, for <br />purposes of inspection for conformance with the Project Plans. The colors shall not be <br />considered in conformance with the Project Plans until after inspection and verification by <br />the Planning Division. Any proposed modifications shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the Planning Division. <br /> <br />17. SIGNAGE: The construction plans submitted for issuance of a building permit shall <br />include design details of site monument sign(s). Site wayfinding and building signage <br />shall be designed in compliance with Section 18.96.040.B. of Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code, unless otherwise approved by the Director of Community Development. Said sign <br />designs are subject to review and approval by the Director of Community Development <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. Project Specific Condition <br /> <br />18. FENCE/WALL: All fencing and walls shall be in compliance with the Project plans and <br />shall be shown on the construction plans with the building permit submittal. The design <br />and location must be approved by the Planning Division and comply with all applicable <br />setback requirements. <br /> <br />19. SCREENING FENCE: The applicant shall install a screening fence at the Project <br />perimeter prior to the issuance of a building permit, and the screening fence shall remain <br />on site throughout construction. The details of said fence shall be noted on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of a building permit and are subject to review and approval by the <br />Director of Community Developemnt. Project Specific Condition <br /> <br />20. GREEN BUILDING CHECKLIST: The applicant shall complete the GreenPoint Rated <br />Checklist (www.builditgreen.org/greenpointrated) as required under Municipal Code <br />section 17.50. A copy of it shall be submitted as part of the plans submitted for issuance <br />of a buildng permit and is subject to review and approval by the Director of Community <br />Development. Project Specific Condition <br /> <br />21.
