In the event any trees are destroyed or substantially damaged, an arborists' assessment, at the developer's expense, shall be required to determine the value of the damage or loss and the resultant sum paid to the City's Urban Forestry Fund. 23. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by Planning Director before installation.
