8. The location of curbs, gutters, sidewalk and street <br /> paving with elevations. <br /> <br /> 9. The location, size, slope and depth of open or closed <br /> drainage channels, sewer, water or other underground <br /> utility lines, on or affecting the property, based <br /> on best data available. (Precise invert elevations <br /> to be obtained when possible). <br /> <br /> 10. Natural topographic or agricultural features affect- <br /> ing the property. <br /> <br />SECTION ,1..03: L.iMITS OF SURVEy <br /> <br /> The limits of the survey shall normally be the boundaries <br />of the property except as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The limit shall extend to the centerline of <br /> proved streets except utilities shall be shown <br /> when outside this limit. <br /> <br /> 2. The limit shall extend to the opposite side of <br /> unimproved streets. <br /> <br /> 3. Major buildings, structures or other features on <br /> adjacent properties shall be shown when they may <br /> reasonably be expected to affect the subject <br /> property. <br /> <br /> 4. When the proposed improvements occupy a small <br /> portion of a large parcel under one ownership <br /> the City Engineer may prescribe reasonable limits <br /> beyond the proposed work, except that the survey <br /> must show the location with relation to the pro- <br /> petty lines. <br /> <br /> 5. When needed to Justify information included on the <br /> plat, the limits of the survey shall include other <br /> adjacent or non-adjacent parcels or streets. <br /> <br />SECTION 1004: FIELD CONTROLS FOR SURVEY <br /> <br /> The e xterior boundaries of the property shall be clearly <br />outlined on the ground by appropriate permanent stakes or <br />monuments. Before the first inspection by the Building <br />Inspector, any monuments or markers defining the exterior <br />boundary lines of the property which have been disturbed <br />or destroyed shall be reset by the surveyor. <br /> <br />SECTION 1.05: EXCEPTIONS TO SURVEY REQUIR.EMENT,$ <br /> <br /> The requirement for a Flat of survey shall not apply <br />to existing lots shown on f~,led subdivision maps recorded <br />on or after January 1, 1954. <br /> <br /> The .r. equirements for a plat of survey may be wholly <br />or partiai'~y waived or modified by the City Engineer for <br />small an~,. unimportant work such as minor accessory buildings. <br /> <br />SECTION. 2.00: SITE PLAN REQUIRED <br /> <br /> With each :-~ppiication for a building permit to erect, <br />construct, enlarge, alter, or convert a buildinE or structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
