or to move an existing building or structu~'e to a new loca- <br />tion, there shall be submitted a drawing of a site plan. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.01: FORM OF SITE PLAlq <br /> <br /> The site plan shall consist of not less than two non- <br />reproducible prints, accurately dr~wn to an appropriate <br />scale and on an appropriage sized sheet. <br /> <br />..S.,ECTION 2.02 .~ INFORMATION REQUIRED ON S.,ITE PlAN <br /> <br /> The following minimum information shall be shown on <br />all site plans: <br /> <br /> i. A cross-reference of the property survey, if one <br /> is required. <br /> <br /> 2. The name of the property owner and the architect, <br /> engineer or designer who prepared the plans, with <br /> his signature. <br /> <br /> 3. The exterior boundary lines of the property, adja- <br /> cent streets and any easements affecting the property. <br /> <br /> 4. The location of all existing improvements, topo- <br /> graphic and agricultural features to remain. <br /> <br /> 5. The location of all proposed buildings or struc- <br /> tures with dimensions and proposed floor elevations <br /> of buildings or structures and setbacks from <br /> property lines. <br /> <br /> 6. The location and layout of all proposed street im- <br /> provements, utilities~ drainage, parking, landscaping <br /> or any other improvements required by any other <br /> ordinance, rule or regulation of the City of <br /> Pleasanton or as a condition of approval of any <br /> other agreement or permit issued by the City. <br /> <br /> 7. Plans for street or utility line extensions when <br /> required shall be prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.03: .E. XCEPTIONS TO SITE P. LAN REQUIREMEN.
