IFO'.qN~ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 387 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTO~7, CALIFORNIA, <br /> REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF A PROPERTY SURVEY AND SITE <br /> PLAN WITH EACH P~PPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT AND <br /> SPECIFYING METHOD OF PREPARATION AND INFORMATION TO <br /> BE SHOWN THEREON <br /> <br />.~ECTION 1.00: PLAT OF SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> <br /> With each application for a building permit to erect, <br />construct or enlarge a building or structure, or to move an <br />existing building or structure to a new location, there shall <br />be submitted a plat of a recent survey of the property pro- <br />posed to be improved by said building or structure. These <br />requirements shall be in addition to the requirements of <br />Chapter 15, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code <br />of the State of California (Land Surveyors' Act) which shall <br />take precedence when a Record of Survey is required. <br /> <br />S. ECTION 1.Ol: FORM OF SURVEY PLAT <br /> <br /> The survey plat shall consist of one reproducible copy, <br />accurately dra'~n to a scale of twenty feet to one inch and <br />on a standard sized sheet of 18 inches by 26 inches, unless <br />otherwise authorized by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> .SECTION 1.02: INFORMATION REQUIRED .ON SURVEY PLAT <br /> <br /> The following minimum information shall be shown on all <br />property surveys: <br /> <br /> 1. The name and number of the licensed land surveyor <br /> or registered civil engineer who performed the survey <br /> together with his signature and seal, and the date <br /> the survey was made. <br /> <br /> 2. The exterior boundary lines of the property with <br /> their bearings and distances. <br /> <br /> 3. The location and type of mounuments or other <br /> markers found or set by the surveyor. <br /> <br /> 4. The map, deed and measured distance along the street <br /> property line from a side line of the property to <br /> the nearest intersecting street. <br /> <br /> 5. The location of existing easements affecting the <br /> property with sufficient date to accurately locate. <br /> <br /> 6, Contour lines at one foot intervals or spot eleva- <br /> tion on a grid system for predominant ground slopes <br /> between level and 5%7 contour lines at two foot <br /> intervals for predominant ground slopes between 5% <br /> and 10%, contour lines at five foot or other appro- <br /> priate interval for predominant ground slopes <br /> exceeding 107o. All grades and contours shall be <br /> based on U.S.G.S. datum unless otherwise authori'~ed <br /> by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 7. The location of all existing buildings, structures <br /> or other ~rovements on the property including <br /> pertinent fences or poles and power lines. <br /> <br /> <br />
