Exhibit A: <br />Co-Sponsored Field Fees Email Notification to Co-Sponsored Organizations <br /> <br />Sent Monday, 10/28/2024, 10:15AM <br /> <br />Hello Sports Co-Sponsor Groups, <br /> <br />Wishing you well during this fall season. <br />As previously discussed at our October 7, 2024, Co-Sponsor User Group Meeting, <br />the fee study for co-sponsor field use has been completed by consultant NBS. The co- <br />sponsor field fee study reflects both a study of actual costs of athletic field maintenance <br />and a benchmark of neighboring cities with comparable co-sponsorship programs. <br /> Based on the study and considering the current Master Fee Schedule Section VIII. <br />Recreation, category of co-sponsored groups (0-25% cost recovery of actual costs), the <br />recommendation for field fees would be on a gradient schedule as follows: <br />Natural Grass Fields <br />FY 25/26 $2.50/hr 5% cost recovery <br />FY 26/27 $5.00/hr 10% cost recovery <br />FY 27/28 $7.50/hr 15% cost recovery <br /> <br />Synthetic Turf Fields* <br />FY 26/27 $8.00/hr 10% cost recovery <br />FY 27/28 $12.00/hr 15% cost recovery <br /> <br />*Per the Bernal Community Park, Phase II MOU (attached), fees will not be assessed to <br />eligible Sport Groups for Bernal Community Park field usage until November 1, <br />2026. Eligible Sports Groups include Pleasant Little League, Pleasanton Girls Softball <br />League, Pleasanton Junior Football League, Pride Lacrosse, Pleasant Lacrosse Club, <br />Ballistic Boys Soccer Club, and Rage Girls Soccer Club.
