A: While no assurances can be made, we thank you for your communication <br />throughout the season regarding field conditions. Through open dialog and <br />mutual notifications, staff hopes to keep these unfavorable conditions to a <br />minimum. Credit will be issued for cancelled field rentals due to unusable field <br />conditions. <br /> <br />7. Q: Will we have assurances of more communication and collaboration <br />surrounding field maintenance that impacts our play (example of not being <br />notified or consulted in advance of detrimental field plugging the week before our <br />2024 Summer Cup tournament, of which we also paid an extra approx. $10,000 <br />to mow shorter for prime playability)? As previously shared, we understand this <br />plugging process is periodically necessary but in years past we collaborated on <br />ideal times given the impacts this has on our sport. <br /> <br />A: We will continue to work with the co-sponsored organizations through ongoing <br />communication, quarterly co-sponsored organization meetings, and maintenance <br />updates to help ensure quality playing conditions.
