City of Pleasanton | Cross-ConnectionControlPlan Project No. PWD 24.202 | September 4,2024 5 <br />Findings, recommendations, and premises classifications will be summarized in a Technical <br />Memorandum. <br />Task 1.1. Meetings <br />This Task includes the following anticipated project meetings: <br />x Kick-off meeting <br />x One (1) meeting with the City to review available documents provided in Task 1.2 <br />x Up to three (3) meetings with the City to discuss the current Program <br />x One (1) meeting with the City to discuss West Yost draft technical memorandum <br />Task 1.2. Data Collection <br />West Yost will collect and review relevant project data provided by the City. Data to be provided to <br />West Yost will include, but not be limited to, the following: <br />x City’s current cross-connection control ordinance <br />x City’s current customer inventory/database <br />x Access to the backflow software <br />x Current cross-connection and backflow test report forms <br />x City’s current approved backflow tester list <br />x City’s potable distribution map <br />Task 1.3. Technical Memorandum <br />West Yost will provide the City with a technical memorandum summarizing the findings of this task and <br />recommended improvements to meet the CCCPH requirements. <br />Task 1 Assumptions <br />x Meetings will be held at the City’s offices, by videoconferencing, or a combination of both. <br />Task 1 Deliverables <br />x West Yost will provide the City with meeting agendas and meeting minutes (electronic submittal) for <br />each meeting. <br />x West Yost will electronically submit a Draft and Final Technical Memoranda to the City in PDF <br />format. <br />x West Yost will submit all original files related to this task to the City on a thumb drive. <br />Task 1 Schedule <br />x Draft Technical Memorandum: Eight (8) weeks from receipt of the documents provided in Task 1.2. <br />x Final Technical Memorandum: Two (2) weeks from receipt of City comments. <br />Task 2. Cross-Connection Control Plan <br />West Yost Specialist will prepare the City’s Cross-Connection Control Plan (CCCP) in time for submittal by <br />the July 1, 2025 due date in compliance with CCCPH Chapter 3, Article 1, Section 3.1.4(b), information <br />acquired from Task 1, and any concurrent Hazard Assessments efforts under Task 3. <br />Under this task, West Yost will also: <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Docusign Envelope ID: A449BB28-7A6A-4FA5-96EA-B9D2D5B83889
