The primary focus from <br />November 2024 to February 2025 is developing the technical memorandum that summarizes the City’s <br />current backflow program. <br />From January 2025 to July 2025, West Yost will prepare the CCCP and iniƟate site assessments. The City <br />will submit the finalized CCCP to the SWRCB by July 1, 2025. Throughout the Project, there will be as- <br />needed communicaƟons with the City and ongoing project management tasks and meeƟngs. <br />Key milestones are set for January 10, 2025; February 17, 2025; April 28, 2025; June 25, 2025; and <br />July 1, 2025, as shown on the schedule below. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />West Yost’s proposed scope of services includes some minor modifications (such as assumptions, <br />deliverables, meetings, or CCCP elements) to the scope of services provided in the City’s RFP based on our <br />experience with similar projects. Our scope of services includes the following 5 tasks, each further <br />described below: <br />x Task 1: Review City’s Current Backflow Program <br />x Task 2: Cross-Connection Control Plan <br />x Task 3: Hazard Assessments <br />x Task 4: As-Needed Services <br />x Task 5: Project Management <br />Task 1.
