Additionally, staff <br />will research the possibility of incorporating QR codes into the replaced plaques and bring a <br />report back to the commission for feedback. <br /> <br />Artistic Musical Instruments <br />If the proposed work plan is approved, staff will collaborate with the donor and the Pleasanton <br />Cultural Arts Council (PCAC) to research potential artworks and locations. After identifying <br />suitable artworks and locations, staff will adhere to the procedures outlined in the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code for gifts of public art (Attachment 2). This includes facilitating a meeting of the <br />Public Art Selection Subcommittee (PASS) and preparing a staff report for the Civic Arts <br />Commission's review. <br /> <br />EQUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY <br />The workplan process aims to provide a way to align funding and staffing resources in a way <br />that provides equity in goals and priorities that would provide the greatest benefit to the <br />community. <br />Page 13 of 44
