An allowance for a licensed real estate <br />professional has been added to sign the Right of Way Certification on behalf of the City. <br />TASK 4 DELIVERABLE(S): <br />• CEQA Addendum <br />• NEPA CE (including applicable CE attachments) <br />• RFA Documents (Exhibits 3-A; 12-D; 13-B, 14-C, 14-D, 14-E, 14-I, 15-A) <br />ASSUMPTIONS: <br />• All submittals will be conducted electronically (using PDF and Microsoft Word versions <br />• Circlepoint anticipates responding to two (2) rounds of revisions from the City on the CEQA addendum. <br />Comments on draft documents will be provided to Circlepoint electronically using Microsoft Word’s track <br />change feature <br />• Circlepoint anticipates the City of Pleasanton will provide previous environmental documentation and <br />supporting technical reports. Circlepoint assumes the Bike and Pedestrian Master Plan IS/MND and <br />supporting technical analysis has sufficient data to assess project impacts. This task does not include <br />additional analysis. <br />• The use of the type of CE discussed above is dependent on all project features being located within the <br />existing operational right-of-way (23 CFR 771.117(c)22), and Caltrans concurrence on the approach. <br />• City will prepare DBE Goal Determination (Exhibit 9-D) for the project. <br />• Project is anticipated to require CTC Authorization prior to issuance of the Construction Authorization by <br />Caltrans. <br />Task 5. 35% PLANS AND ESTIMATE <br />The Mark Thomas team has prepared 35% plans and estimate to identify roadway and intersection geometrics, <br />potential conflicts with existing utilities, construction staging concepts, preliminary construction quantities, <br />and cost estimates for the Project. Additional Preliminary Design <br />As part of the 35% design task, Mark Thomas expended additional effort beyond the original budget for <br />Preliminary Design to complete additional 35% plans to depict multiple design alternatives and construction <br />staging concept exhibits. In addition, additional effort was expended to prepare cost estimates for each <br />segment and alternative. Budget for the additional effort expended is included in this task. <br />Task 6. FINAL DESIGN <br />The Mark Thomas team will complete final design for the Phase 1 project defined in 35% Plans and prepare <br />Plans, Specification, and Engineer’s Estimate (PS&E) submittals at the 65%, 95%, and 100% (pre-final) levels of <br />completion.
