City Council Minutes Page 4 of 6 June 4, 2024 <br />Recommendation: Introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 2281 <br />updating Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 9.14, to conform with obligations <br />specified in the City's Municipal Regional National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System Permit. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />10.Recognition of Pleasanton Community Academy graduates <br />Mayor Brown presented the recognition of the graduates. <br />11.Presentation of a proclamation declaring June as Pride Month <br />Councilmember Arkin presented the proclamation to recipient Donalyn Harris with <br />Tri-Valley PFLAG. <br />The Mayor opened public comment. The following individual provided comment: <br />Charles Henze. Mayor Brown closed public comment. <br />12.Presentation of a proclamation declaring June 7, 2024 as National Gun Violence <br />Awareness Day <br />Councilmember Arkin presented the proclamation to recipient Anne with Valley <br />Moms Against Violence. <br />13.Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda <br />Mayor Brown opened public comment.
