PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS 14.Receive a presentation on debt financing regarding interim water improvement projects and adopt a resolution declaring the City's intention to reimburse expenditures relating to capital improvement projects from the proceeds of tax-exempt obligations Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2024-012 declaring the City's intention to reimburse expenditures relating to capital improvement projects from the proceeds of tax-exempt obligations. Susan Hsieh, Finance Director, and consultant Jaime Trejo presented the item and answered questions. Mayor Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed the public comment.
