Public Works 8.Accept Public Improvements performed by Spectra Company for the Alviso Adobe South Wall Repairs Project, CIP No. 18725 Recommendation: 1.Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. 2.Authorize the release of the retention in the amount of $10,226 to Spectra Company 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 9.Accept Public Improvements performed by Mar Con Builders, Inc. for the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Fire Station No. 3 Project, CIP No. 17423 Recommendation: 1.Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. 2.Authorize the release of the remaining retention in the amount of $195,343 to Mar Con Builders, Inc. 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 3.Authorize the return of the project’s balance after completion of remaining fencing and storage room conversion back to the Miscellaneous CIP - General Fund (Fund 201). 10.Approve the Third Amendment to the as-needed maintenance and trade services agreement for Shape, Inc. for utilities sewer and storm maintenance and pump repairs by increasing the total amount $100,000 and extending the term through Fiscal Year 2024/2025 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $425,000 over a five- year term Library and Recreation Page 35 of 448
