9
Cost
Tetra Tech is proposing completing the EOP Update for a fixed price cost of $46,735.00. The firm fixed price is
derived from estimating the number of work hours for each task; estimating the cost of materials and
administrative expenses; travel; and budgeting for reasonable expenses. The table below breaks down the cost
by task:
Exhibit 7: Proposed Project Cost
Task Cost
Task 1: Project Initiation $8,310.00
Task 2: Data Collection $6,315.00
Task 3: Plan and Annex Development $26,487.00
Task 4: Plan Finalization $8,740.00
Total $49,852.00
This estimate is valid for 90 days from the date of the proposal. To the extent the proposed scope and budget
above do not meet the City’s needs, Tetra Tech would be agreeable to negotiations.
Cost Assumptions
Tetra Tech has used the following cost assumptions in developing the budget for this proposal.
Project Sponsor. The City will assign a point of contact (POC) to serve as the lead for this project. The POC will
have the authority to coordinate with Tetra Tech’s Project Manager to amend the deliverables and schedules,
assuming the changes do not exceed the agreed-upon contract value.
Confidentiality. Tetra Tech follows its documented internal procedures and protocols to protect confidential
materials collected from the City and its partners. Tetra Tech established these internal procedures to meet
requirements by federal, state, and local governments to help confidential plans and data.
Access to Materials. Documentation pertinent to this project's execution should be available to Tetra Tech for
review in electronic format upon request within five business days.
Draft Documents. Distribution of draft documents will be done in accordance with the work plan. Comments on
documents will be aggregated by the City project sponsor using track changes or comments in Microsoft Word
and delivered to the Tetra Tech project manager. The City POC will be responsible for adjudicating conflicting
comments and feedback. One round of comments will be supported for draft documents. Upon incorporation of
revisions, the deliverables will be considered accepted.
Meetings.
• Tetra Tech will provide two staff members to facilitate meetings.
• Only the kickoff meeting and plan presentation meetings will be in person. All other meetings will be
conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams.
DocuSign Envelope ID: 617B9B2E-5FA3-4D49-A8B0-1A794D1CD9A7
