A proposed schedule by task is outlined below. <br />Exhibit 6: Proposed Project Schedule <br />Task Date <br />Task 1: Project Initiation May 2024 <br />Task 2: Data Collection June - August 2024 <br />Task 3: Plan and Annex Development September – December 2024 <br />Task 4: Plan Finalization January 2025 <br />Key Project Staff <br />Project Manager – Bart Spencer, MA <br />Bart Spencer is a Bay Area-based senior project manager with 40+ years of experience in public <br />safety and emergency services. He has orchestrated many projects in California and on the <br />West Coast, including emergency preparedness, hazard mitigation, and debris management <br />plans. His current and past projects include Sonoma, San Mateo, Humboldt, Del Norte, and <br />Nevada Counties and the Cities of Oakland, Pleasanton, Palo Alto, Tracy, Redwood City, Los <br />Angeles, Long Beach, State of California, among others. Prior to joining Tetra Tech, he worked <br />at both the city and county levels as an emergency manager. <br />Lead Planner – Jennifer Marsland, BSS <br />Jennifer Marsland has over 5 years of emergency management experience, specializing in <br />preparedness, mitigation, response, and emergency planning. Ms. Marsland supports a wide <br />range of emergency management projects at Tetra Tech, including preparedness, hazard <br />mitigation planning, and continuity of operations planning. Ms. Marsland has extensive <br />experience working with individuals and community groups to provide people with disabilities, <br />access and functional needs, at-risk, and underserved communities access to appropriate information and <br />resources before, during, and after emergencies. She has led numerous planning and mitigation projects for <br />Tribal and local governments, including the Suquamish Tribe and Kitsap County, WA.
