<br />10 <br />• Meetings will not be scheduled on the day prior to or two days immediately following a national, <br />state, or locally recognized holiday. Meetings will take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific <br />Monday-Friday. Weekend meetings are not anticipated for this project. <br />• Tetra Tech will provide meeting materials for up to 30 participants for the in-person meetings. All <br />printing will be black and white. <br />• The City will be responsible for sending invitations to all meetings. <br />• Arrangements for the in-person venues and audio/visual technology to support in-person meetings <br />will be the responsibility of the City at no expense to Tetra Tech. <br />• Tetra Tech will not be responsible for meeting refreshments. <br />• The City will be responsible for any requests for resources to achieve ADA compliance including <br />ensuring that all meeting and event venues will be ADA accessible. <br />Deliverables. <br />• Electronic copies of project deliverables will be provided to the City at the conclusion of the project. <br />• Tetra Tech will not provide printed copies of the final plan, annexes, and job aids. <br />• Tetra Tech will not be responsible for the plan meeting Section 508 compliance requirements. <br />• All deliverables will be created in English only. <br />Additional Services. Any additional services not defined in the scope of work such as supporting training and <br />exercises, updating plans not identified in the City’s emailed request for letter quote, or securing additional <br />services will not be assumed by Tetra Tech under this contract. <br />Payment Plan. The City will be invoiced monthly for percentage completion of project work. The invoice payment <br />terms are net 30 days. <br />Period of Performance. If the performance period is extended due to reasons beyond the Tetra Tech Team’s <br />control, such unforeseen circumstances may result in an increase in the project timeline and budget. <br />Terms and Conditions. This proposal is contingent on the acceptance of mutually acceptable terms and <br />conditions. <br />Proposal. This proposal is based on Tetra Tech’s current understanding of the project as outlined in the request <br />for bid scoping call.
