Woodard & Curran’s subconsultant Guida will provide the following scope of services: • Verify existing control: Survey control points will be set once for the construction of the project. The contractor shall protect survey points throughout the length of the project. The contractor will give 48-hour advance notice to the City and Guida if control points need to be relocated. If control is removed this may result in additional charges. Guida must have a two-day advance notice and access before work is to begin. Any less notice may cause the work to be delayed. • Staking of the F1 pipeline alignment (10’ offset – all horizontal and vertical bends) Pipeline runs along Stoneridge Drive, from Hopyard Road to Johnson Drive (3,500 feet) • Stake proposed facilities at pump station site at SW corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive. • Turnout Vault (4 corners) • Pump Station Building pad (4 corners) • Transformer Location • Flushing Station Structure • Other facilities, as requested. • Staking of the pipeline alignment (10’ offset – all horizontal and vertical bends) along Sunol Blvd, from Sycamore Road and to Bernal Avenue (4,500 feet) Assumptions: • Stoneridge work assumes a total of four site visits. • Sunol work assumes a total of four site visits. • City will provide access to the site during normal business hours (7a to 4p, Monday through Friday). • No permits of any kind will be required. If permits are required, they will be provided at no cost to Guida and Woodard & Curran. • Traffic Control to be provided by City or its construction contractor. • All staking will be done in no more than four visits for each pipeline project. Exclusions: • Traffic Control • Monument preservation • Corner Records or Records of Survey Deliverables: • As-staked sheets, plots and point files in .pdf format. Compensation The total additional compensation budget for Engineering Services authorized under this Amendment No. 1 is $110,000, as summarized below and in the attached fee spreadsheet.
