April 2, 2024 Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />• Written responses to submittals using Woodard & Curran submittal review template (.pdf via email) <br />• Written RFI responses using Woodard & Curran RFI response template (.pdf via email) <br />• Final system checkout letter report (.pdf via email) <br />Task 4.3 –Construction Survey Staking. <br />Woodard & Curran’s subconsultant Guida will provide the following scope of services: <br />• Verify existing control: Survey control points will be set once for the construction of the project. The contractor shall protect survey points throughout the length of the project. The contractor will give 48-hour <br />advance notice to the City and Guida if control points need to be relocated. If control is removed this may result in additional charges. Guida must have a two-day advance notice and access before work is to begin. <br />Any less notice may cause the work to be delayed. <br />• Staking of the F1 pipeline alignment (10’ offset – all horizontal and vertical bends) Pipeline runs along Stoneridge Drive, from Hopyard Road to Johnson Drive (3,500 feet) <br />• Stake proposed facilities at pump station site at SW corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive. <br />• Turnout Vault (4 corners) <br />• Pump Station Building pad (4 corners) <br />• Transformer Location <br />• Flushing Station Structure <br />• Other facilities, as requested. <br />• Staking of the pipeline alignment (10’ offset – all horizontal and vertical bends) along Sunol Blvd, from <br />Sycamore Road and to Bernal Avenue (4,500 feet) <br />Assumptions: <br />• Stoneridge work assumes a total of four site visits. <br />• Sunol work assumes a total of four site visits. <br />• City will provide access to the site during normal business hours (7a to 4p, Monday through Friday). <br />• No permits of any kind will be required.
