Services included <br />are described in the following subtasks. <br />Task 4.1 – Engineering Support During Construction <br />Woodard & Curran will provide engineering support during construction to assist the City with Requests for <br />Information (RFIs), review or development of proposed change orders or consultation on requested substitutions. <br />Woodard & Curran will also perform project management and team coordination services, including preparing <br />monthly invoices and progress reports and communicating with the City regularly on project status. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Level of effort is limited to authorized hours shown in the fee spreadsheet. <br />• Woodard & Curran efforts will be on an as-requested basis from City. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Written responses to submittals using Woodard & Curran submittal review template (.pdf via email) <br />• Written RFI responses using Woodard & Curran RFI response template (.pdf via email) <br />• Written comments on proposed change orders (.pdf via email) <br />• Draft and final contract change order documentation. <br />• Written responses to proposed substitutions (.pdf via email) <br />• Monthly invoice and progress reports. <br />Task 4.2 – Corrosion Control System Engineering Support. <br />Woodard & Curran’s Subconsultant JDH Corrosion Consultants, Inc. will perform the following scope of services: <br />• Provide on-site installation assistance for corrosion control components during construction to ensure that the specified systems are installed correctly. <br />• Assist with materials procurement and RFI’s, if requested, in relation to the cathodic protection system design and assist with exothermic welding procedures in the field as requested. <br />• Perform a system checkout following corrosion control system installation and prepare a checkout report that contains the base line potentials for the subject buried water mains and fittings (i.e., “On” and “Off” <br />potential measurements). <br />• Provide a checkout report and Letter of Certification following the final system checkout certifying that the subject corrosion control systems have been designed and installed in accordance with NACE and City <br />Corrosion Control Standards.
