Resolution No. PC-2024-03 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br /> 6 <br />2); with Option 1: 57 attached condominium units comprised of 48 townhome-style units <br />ranging in size from approximately 1,692 to 2,738 square feet per unit , nine one-bedroom <br />apartment units of 565 square feet and 12 common area parcels, and Option 2: 55 <br />attached condominium units comprised of 47 townhome -style units ranging in size from <br />approximately 1,692 to 2,738 square feet per unit, eight one-bedroom apartment units of <br />565 square feet and 12 common area parcels, each subject to the applicable conditions <br />shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 4. Further recommends that the City Council consider use of the Lower <br />Income Housing Fund to increase affordability of the apartment units in Option 2. <br /> <br />Section 5.
