Approves Design Review Case No. P23-0177 and Vesting Tentative Map <br /> 8672, the applications of Catalyst Development Partners LLC to subdivide an approximately 2.99- <br /> acre site located at 3200 Hopyard Road into nine parcels for condominium purposes with 55 <br /> attached condominium units comprised of 47 townhome-style units ranging in size from <br /> approximately 1,692 to 2,738 square feet per unit, eight one-bedroom 565 s.f. units and 12 <br /> common area parcels, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made <br /> part of this case by reference. <br /> Section 4.
