2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to the Design <br /> Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and AECOM Technical <br /> Services, Inc., to include an additional $4,340,332 in design services for a new total contract <br /> amount of$6,062,156. <br /> 6. Continued to future meeting: Public Hearing - Introduce and waive first reading of an <br /> ordinance approving an application to establish development standards for an existing single- <br /> family residence located at 2207 Martin Avenue (PUD-148) <br /> Finance <br /> 7. Accept the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for July 2023 <br /> Recommendation: Accept the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for July 2023. <br /> Public Works <br /> 8. Approve the fourth amendment to agreement for as-needed electrical services with Harvey <br /> Electric by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $400,000 for fiscal year 2023/24 for a total <br /> cumulative not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000 over a five-year term <br /> Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to amend the as-needed agreement with Harvey <br /> Electric by increasing the not-to-exceed amount to $400,000 for FY 2023/24 (to June 30, 2024), <br /> which increases the total cumulative not-to-exceed amount to $1,500,000 over five years. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Balch/Nibert to approve the consent calendar as recommended except for item <br /> 6 which was removed from consent calendar. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 9. Presentation of a commendation to the Bernardi Family for winning the National Bocce <br /> Championship <br /> Councilmember Balch presented the commendation to the Bernardi Family. <br /> 10. Presentation of a Proclamation declaring September 17-23 as Constitution Week <br /> Councilmember Balch presented the proclamation to Sue DeLeeuw from the Daughters of the <br /> American Revolution organization. <br /> 11. Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda <br /> Mayor Brown opened public comment.
