A 25' wide landscape buffer shall be installed between the proposed new townhomes and <br />any MCOIPD buildings on the MCOIPD site and shall be maintained by an entity, such <br />as a property-owner's association approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />35. The list of proposed uses shall be modified to reflect the following: <br /> <br />a. Bars (including entertainment and dancing), food stores and supermarkets, <br />gymnasiums and health clubs, nursery and garden supply stores, drive-in food <br />establishments, sign painting shops, licensed child care facilities, indoor or outdoor <br />recreation and sports facilities, and the storage of raw materials, work in progress and <br />finished goods inventories, shall be permitted upon Planning Commission approval of a <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />b. Computer stores, electronics stores, theaters (movies or live performance), and <br />video rental stores, etc. shall be listed as permitted uses. <br /> <br />c. Painting, enameling and lacquering shops; public utility equipment buildings and <br />public service pumping stations; and sheet metal shops uses shall be eliminated from the <br />list of proposed uses. <br /> <br />d.
