Commissions& Committees (Item 19)
***[EXTERNAL]This message comes from an external organization.Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown
senders.***
Good morning,
I wanted to chime in on the proposed reorganization of commissions and committees. I agree with most of the changes,
including the reduction of the BPTC. However, I feel the committee on Energy and Environment does not need to be
elevated to a commission. I feel that the commission has sufficient input in city government in its current state, without
this change.
The energy and environment issues are important, but I feel it needs to be kept in perspective on some of the other
issues society is dealing with. I request that you rethink this change.
Regards,
Matt Maciel
1
