Moving the new bandstand closer to the <br /> existing platform not only provides challenges to creating a cohesive design but would <br /> likely trigger regulatory agency jurisdiction due to its proximity to the creek. In locating <br /> the new bandstand where it was shown in Concept B, significant regulatory <br /> requirements are avoided, which saves a significant amount of time for construction and <br /> significant costs associated with permitting. <br /> Attachment: <br /> 1.
