<br /> Alameda CTC awarded the City a total of$9 million, increasing the total project funding
<br /> to $23,376,148. The award of funds consists of$7.3 million in local (Measure BB)
<br /> discretionary funds and $1.7 million in a Safe Routes to School (SR2S) federal earmark.
<br /> Staff recommends this additional funding be programmed in CIP No. 11514 as shown in
<br /> the table below (the recently awarded grant amounts are shown in bold font). Note that
<br /> only the acceptance of the $7.3 million in Measure BB discretionary grant funding (Misc
<br /> CIP Grants in FY 2023-24 & 2024/25) is included in this report for City Council action;
<br /> the $1.7 million shown as Federal SR2S Grant in FY 2024/25 will be presented to the
<br /> City Council for consideration and action at a future meeting.
