Scope of Work <br /> Preparation of Plans,Specifications and Estimates <br /> Sunol Boulevard/1-680 Improvements Project <br /> August 21,2023 <br /> • There are five partial takes, Seven individual parcels are affected but due to the <br /> common ownership and use shared by several parcels, five larger parcels are <br /> considered to be impacted including permanent easement. <br /> • R/W Certification will be signed& approved by the City. <br /> • Right-of-entries and permits-to-enter with private property owners will be <br /> obtained by the City. <br /> • Does not include services or support for Record of Necessity (RON) or <br /> condemnation support. <br /> • Does not include services, support or participation in Deposition, Court <br /> Appearances etc. <br /> Drainaze Facilities <br /> • The project will not include any alteration, modification, or reconstruction of any <br /> pump station. <br /> • Culvert extensions, if any, will not require a specialized structural design and will <br /> be designed utilizing Caltrans standard plans and specifications. <br /> Computer Aided DesiL-n software <br /> • The In-Roads computer aided design software will be used by the consultant to <br /> aid in the design of the project. <br /> Permit Fees <br /> AECOM will not be responsible for permit application, design, utility connection <br /> or others fees required by utility companies, and public agencies. All fees will be <br /> paid by the City. <br /> Survey <br /> • Work shall be performed by or under the direction and responsible oversight of a <br /> California Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> • The scope of work and the associated survey cost estimate is based on the <br /> assumption that the field program will not be delayed by inclement weather, <br /> access issues, or any other delay beyond our control. If a significant delay <br /> develops, the client will be notified promptly. <br /> • This scope of work and proposal includes only the preparation and filing of a Pre- <br /> construction Record of Survey. All other record documents including but not <br /> limited to other Records of Survey, Corner Records, Parcel or Final Maps, or Lot <br /> Line Adjustments are excluded. <br /> • This proposal assumes that the adjacent I-680 control monuments can be verified <br /> and are accurate. <br /> • This proposal includes the installation and survey of a maximum of 21 GCP's. <br /> • This proposal includes two (2) days for the various topographic surveys required <br /> for this project. Additional days will be charged as T&M. <br /> • This proposal assumes seven(7)parent parcels containing six (6) fee acquisitions <br /> and eight(8) new permanent easements.
