Finally,this scope of work assumes that City staff will prepare and mail all <br /> notices associated with the Final EIR to local agencies and interested parties. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Fifty(50)hard copies(appendices on CD) and one (1) electronic version of the Final EIR (including <br /> appendices)to the City <br /> • One(1) CD of the Final EIR to each public agency that commented on the Draft EIR (FCS will be <br /> responsible for this task) <br /> Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> FCS will prepare a comprehensive Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), pursuant to <br /> CEQA Guidelines Section 15097.The MMRP will contain all mitigation measures identified in the EIR. <br /> This comprehensive MMRP will provide City staff with a single source of reference to the full range of <br /> mitigation measures to be implemented. For each measure or group of similar measures,the agency <br /> responsible for ensuring proper implementation will be identified, along with the timing and method of <br /> verification. Copies of the MMRP will be included in the Final EIR submittal. <br /> Deliverable <br /> • One (1)electronic version (PDF format)of the MMRP to City <br /> Notice of Determination <br /> FCS will prepare the Notice of Determination(NOD)and provide it to City staff or applicant for filing with <br /> the Alameda County Clerk's Office within five business days of EIR certification.As indicated in this scope of <br /> work,City staff or the applicant will be responsible for filing the NOD and paying the associated filing fees. <br /> Deliverable <br /> • One(1)electronic version (PDF format)of the NOD to the City <br /> Task 10: Findings of Fact/Statement of Overriding Considerations <br /> FCS will prepare the Findings of Fact/Statement of Overriding Consideration pursuant to CEQA <br /> Guidelines Sections 15091 and 15093.The Findings of Fact will provide a brief rationale for each <br /> significant effect that can be mitigated to a less-than-significant level.
