Deliverable <br /> • One(1)electronic version (Word format)of the Findings of Fact/Statement of Overriding <br /> Considerations to the City <br /> Task 11: Meetings/Hearings <br /> FCS will meet by phone with City staff during the EIR preparation process to discuss and resolve <br /> problems,develop strategies, and participate in communications.This proposal and its associated <br /> budget cover attendance by FCS's Project Director or Project Manager at 10 meetings/hearings.These <br /> meetings include but are not limited to the following: <br /> • Kick-off meeting <br /> • Scoping meeting <br /> • Meeting to discuss scoping comments <br /> • Meeting to discuss city comments on the ADEIR <br /> • Planning Commission meeting on Draft EIR <br /> • Meeting to discuss public comments received on Draft EIR <br /> • Planning Commission Hearing(s) <br /> • City Council meeting(s) <br /> This task also covers conference calls. A not-to-exceed budget has been established to cover meeting <br /> attendance. If City staff requests additional meeting attendance by FCS staff,or if the amount of time <br /> involved in these meetings exceeds the initial budget allocation, FCS will notify city staff of the additional <br /> costs and obtain authorization for the extra meeting time. <br /> Task 12: Project Management <br /> In addition to the research,analysis,communications,and report writing tasks described above, FCS will <br /> perform a variety of project management duties to ensure that the EIR meets the City's standards of <br /> quality,and that it is delivered on time and within budget.These duties will include team supervision <br /> and coordination,oral and written communications with City staff, project accounting, and quality <br /> assurance review by FCS's Project Director and Technical Editor of all deliverable products.These <br /> services also will include ongoing support to City staff, such as providing input to staff reports, regular <br /> schedule updates,and discussions of technical issues.This task assumes 70 hours of staff time. <br /> Tasks Outside of Scope of Work <br /> Below are tasks FCS has identified as being outside of its scope of work for the proposed project. <br /> Newspaper Noticing <br /> FCS assumes that City staff will prepare and coordinate publication of any newspaper notices associated <br /> with the EIR. <br /> NORTH AMERICA I EUROPE I AFRICA I AUSTRAL IA I ASIA <br /> FIRSTCARBONSOLUTIONS.COM <br />
