Resolution No. 04-080 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Fairland Investment, Inc. <br />for design review approval and conditional use permit approval of a self-service <br />gasoline station on an approximately 1.25-acre site located at 3121 Bernal Avenue <br />and 3581 Utah Street consisting of eight fuel pump dispensers, a drive-through <br />carwash, a 3,600-square-foot convenience market, and a modification to the <br />Stanley Business Park PUD development plan to allow alcoholic beverage sales <br />from the convenience market. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to <br />Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
