Prepare a Preliminary Technical Memorandum(Basis of Design): a. Review the available information for the pump size and type of pumps. b. Summarize pump selection and type. C. Hydraulic calculations and analysis will be provided. d. Provide special provisions sections recommended for this job. e. Provide construction drawing and specification list recommended for this project. f. Design criteria including electrical, instrumentation and structural A wet stamped and signed technical memorandum(basis of design)will be one of the deliverables provided to Pleasanton. 7. We will provide an electronic format of the 60%submittal(PDF format)to Pleasanton. Hardcopies of the 60%submittal will be sent to Pleasanton(4 sets of plans and 4 sets of front end contract documents/specifications). We will conduct a 60%design workshop via Teams meeting with overview of the design, analysis,and calculations. 8. We will prepare plans,sections,profiles,and details;front end documents and construction specifications;and construction cost estimates with each design deliverable per the latest applicable codes,regulations and standards. 9. We will provide engineering support for the new electrical service from Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E). The application service request will be initiated and submitted by the City. We will provide all documentation to the City as required by PG&E to establish a new service such as demand load and electrical site plan. 10. We will provide an electronic format of the 90%submittal(PDF format)to Pleasanton. Hardcopies of the 90%submittal will be sent to Pleasanton(4 sets of plans and 4 sets of specifications). 11. We will provide the 100%plans(in PDF and AutoCAD format)to Pleasanton. Hardcopies of the 100%submittal will be sent to Pleasanton(4 sets of plans and one(1)master set of bound specifications on 8x11 paper and(in PDF format). 12.
