A?_I-0 Woodard & Curran <br /> • Demolish existing turnout after new booster pump station and turnout are in operation. <br /> • Design discharge pipeline,referred to as the F-I line. <br /> o The proposed discharge pipeline is 3,500 linear feet. At 40 scale,five plan sheets will be <br /> prepared. <br /> o Proposed pipeline will be 24-inches to be confirmed by AEG modeling. <br /> o City's GIS data and aerial images will be used for preparation of the plan view for the <br /> pipeline sheets. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> TASK 1—PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> Woodard&Curran will provide overall management, including workshops and regular phone calls <br /> between our project manager and City staff to review project status and issues. We will keep the City <br /> apprised of the status of the project via bi-weekly progress reports submitted via email that will include a <br /> narrative of the work completed by task,outstanding project issues, budget overview and schedule status. <br /> Project management will include: <br /> Task 1.1—Project Kick Off Meeting <br /> The goal of this meeting will be to identify the key project elements and challenges to set the stage for <br /> success.Quality assurance procedures and protocols for clear project communication between the City <br /> and our team will be discussed. <br /> Task 1.2—Project Review Meetings(Workshops)at 60%and 90% Submittals <br /> The 60%design submittal and workshop will provide a platform to discuss City comments and questions <br /> and discuss the next steps of the design process.The workshop will be combined with the monthly <br /> progress meetings to the extent possible and include PowerPoint presentations. <br /> The 90%plans and specifications workshop will provide a detailed review of the construction bid <br /> package to obtain City comments and revisions prior to proceeding to the 100%design. <br /> Documentation of the outcomes of meetings and workshops including meeting summaries,decisions <br /> made, and lists of action items for individuals with specific due dates will be prepared within one week <br /> following each meeting. Our team will work with the City at the onset of the project to review the project <br /> schedule which will highlight project milestones,major events and activities.The schedule will integrate <br /> engineering and permitting schedules,client reviews,and key external permit approvals. <br /> Task 1.3-Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br /> Woodard&Curran maintains an internal QA/QC program for all projects.The QA/QC reviewers will not <br /> be directly involved in the day-to-day aspects of the project, providing a truly independent review. <br /> Task 1.4—Project Communication: <br /> Bi-weekly email updates will be provided to review the status of the project scope, schedule, budget and <br /> identify key decisions and questions regarding the project. <br /> 2 <br />
