VEHICLE/UNIFORMS/EQUIPMENT <br /> A. All Vehicles utilized by Contractor shall have wording which clearly identifies the <br /> contractor/company. <br /> B. All employees on site are to wear clothing which clearly identifies <br /> Contractor/company. <br /> C. Transportation of equipment on public streets shall comply with California State <br /> Vehicle Code with Department of Transportation, and under the guidance of California <br /> Environmental Protection Agency Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). <br /> SAFETY TRAINING/PROCEDURES <br /> Contractor must provide a copy of its safety training program that includes, but are not <br /> limited to, training staff on hazardous material, Safety Data Sheets, safety procedures, <br /> and safe work practices. This is required before Contractor can begin performing its <br /> services. Contractor to provide a training program and documentation that pertains to <br /> job functions performed and requirements per CAL/OSHA. <br /> DAMAGES <br /> All damage to turf, (rutting, etc.) sprinklers, irrigation systems, hardscape, plants, or <br /> other park components shall be reported by Contractor to the City. If the damage was <br /> caused by Contractor, the items will be repaired by the City and billed to the <br /> Contractor. <br /> INVOICE STRUCTURE FOR MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> Pay Item 1 - Monthly Maintenance & Re-lamping of Street, Parking Lot & Pathway <br /> Lights includes all work as described above and be inclusive of 8100 +/- lights and shall <br /> be paid for at a unit price of each and paid on a monthly basis. <br /> Pay Item 2 — Monthly Maintenance & Re-lamping of Hacienda Business Park <br /> includes all work as described above and be inclusive of 795 +/- lights within the <br /> Hacienda Business Park with limits shown on City Standard Detail Dwg No. 123, and <br /> poles matching the requirements of Hacienda Business Park and shall be paid for at a <br /> unit price of each and paid on a monthly basis. <br /> Pay Item 3 - Pole Painting <br /> Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, mobilization, and traffic <br /> control necessary for the repainting of streetlights and traffic signal poles. Light poles <br /> and fixtures shall be thoroughly cleaned, primed, and painted in accordance with <br /> industry standards, and as specified in this document. The worksite shall be secured <br /> before, during, and after all work being performed. All pedestrian and vehicular traffic <br /> within the worksite or adjacent areas must be thoroughly protected from injury or <br />
