Conversely, <br />Pleasanton has a lower share of all other income categories (Low- and Moderate Income, LMI) <br />compared to the Bay Area. More details on Pleasanton’s income segregation can be reviewed in <br />Attachment 2. Figure F-8 displays the distribution of median household income by census tract for <br />2014. Figure F-9 presents median household income by block group for 2019. Figure F-10 <br />presents the distribution of LMI households in the city by quartile according to ACS 2015 data as <br />provided by HCD AFFH geospatial data. <br />Due to Pleasanton’s affluence relative to the Tri-Valley Region and Alameda County, various <br />programs encourage housing mobility and promote new affordable housing opportunities.
