Fees on a per-unit basis are lower for multi-family and affordable housing units <br />and highest for single-family units; affordable housing units are subject to the lowest per unit fees. <br />Furthermore, the City’s Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance allows for reductions or waiver of fees for <br />affordable units, and the City has routinely granted such reductions and waivers to facilitate the
