The average number of persons per household was 2.69 and there were <br />approximately 29,750 household units.78 <br />Findings <br />a) Population Growth Inducement <br />Prior EIR Conclusions <br />The Prior EIR determined the total population in Pleasanton as a result of development consistent <br />with the Housing Element could reach 80,100 by the year 2015. The Prior EIR found that total <br />buildout would exceed population projections made by ABAG, which projected Pleasanton’s <br />population to reach 78,800 by 2025 (Pleasanton’s current estimated population as of 2022 was <br /> <br />78 California Department of Finance. 2022.
