Stoneridge Drive west of Stoneridge Mall Road (project’s share is 0.15 percent) <br /> <br />Implementation Measure 2 Traffic Noise Exceedance Reduction Measure <br />MM 4.J-5c. shall be implemented as follows: the project shall include construction of <br />a barrier along the north and east sides of the northeastern level 4 rooftop deck. <br />The barriers should run the length of the east and north edges of the rooftop deck, <br />be at least 6 feet high, have a minimum surface weight of 3 pounds per square foot, <br />and have no cracks or gaps. Glass or another transparent material can be used. With <br />the barrier in place, traffic noise levels would be reduced to below 65 dBA Ldn at the <br />northeast rooftop deck Level 4. <br />Conclusion <br />With implementation of the relevant Prior EIR mitigation measures as specified above, project- <br />related traffic noise increase impacts and traffic noise exceedances at the proposed rooftop active <br />on-site outdoor use area would remain less than significant.
