Stoneridge Drive west of Stoneridge Mall Road (project’s share is 0.15 percent) Implementation Measure 2 Traffic Noise Exceedance Reduction Measure MM 4.J-5c. shall be implemented as follows: the project shall include construction of a barrier along the north and east sides of the northeastern level 4 rooftop deck. The barriers should run the length of the east and north edges of the rooftop deck, be at least 6 feet high, have a minimum surface weight of 3 pounds per square foot, and have no cracks or gaps. Glass or another transparent material can be used. With the barrier in place, traffic noise levels would be reduced to below 65 dBA Ldn at the northeast rooftop deck Level 4. Conclusion With implementation of the relevant Prior EIR mitigation measures as specified above, project- related traffic noise increase impacts and traffic noise exceedances at the proposed rooftop active on-site outdoor use area would remain less than significant.
