The Synchro model includes existing volumes, <br />full buildout of all housing project studied for the 2012 Housing Element (including full residential <br />buildout at Stoneridge Mall and at the nearby Kaiser and Sheraton sites), the Workday project, full <br />buildout of all 353,500 square feet of commercial uses at Stoneridge Mall, and future developments <br />near the Stoneridge Drive and the I-680 interchange. Existing volumes derived from the City’s Synchro <br />model were collected prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place restrictions.
