I attended one of the Stoneridge Mall Framework
workshops and have been following the project updates on the city website. I have to tell you I am very disappointed
regarding the traffic, and quality of life, impacts of this project to the surrounding neighborhoods. Especially as it
relates to the significant housing element.
I don't have a solution to our City housing obligations but I don't believe the negative impacts should be born by just the
NW area of town. There is no denying we are going to see increased regional and local traffic through our
neighborhoods due to the Costco area build out.
Please do not write-off the NW area if Pleasanton any further.
Tim Correia
Highland Oaks
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
