THE CITY OF <br />Date: <br />To: <br />From: <br />MEMORANDUM <br />January 25,2022 <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Gerry Beaudin, City Manager <br />Subject: <br />Ellen Clark, Director of Community Development <br />Supplemental Material for January 26,2023, Agenda Item 2: Housing Element Update <br />The following memorandum amends Attachment 2 for Agenda Item 2, the Resolution adopting the <br />Housing Element Update and provides a series of supplemental findings with respect to non-vacant sites <br />included in the sites inventory. <br />Note that the supplemental findings include Area 12 - Pimlico. Should the Council determine this site <br />not be included in the inventory, the Resolution would be amended to delete this text and adjust the total <br />number of sites from l9 to 18. <br />Additionally, staff proposes a modest adjustment to the density range for Area l4- St. Elizabeth Seton, <br />to align with the density categories in the Objective Design Standards. The change modifies the density <br />range for this site from l2-18 du/acre to l5-18 dr:/acre. This adjustment would not affect the maximum <br />capacity but would increase the assumed density by 5 units (from 44 to 49 units). <br />PLEASANTON <br />ub <br />Erefi
