11 <br /> <br />990052\01\3407083.1 <br />Government Code Provision Housing Element Compliance <br />levels pursuant to Section 65584, the program shall identify sites that can be developed <br />for housing within the planning period pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 65583.2. <br />The identification of sites shall include all components specified in Section 65583.2. <br />Note: Please see Section 65583.2 regarding the land inventory and conformance with <br />subdivision (h). <br />(c)(1)(C) Where the inventory of sites pursuant to paragraph (3) of subdivision (a) does <br />not identify adequate sites to accommodate the need for farmworker housing, the <br />program shall provide for sufficient sites to meet the need with zoning that permits <br />farmworker housing use by right, including density and development standards that <br />could accommodate and facilitate the feasibility of the development of farmworker <br />housing for low- and very low income households. <br />Appendix C: Housing Constraints <br />• Section C.2.2: Land Use <br />Controls – Farmworker Housing <br />(c)(2) Assist in the development of adequate housing to meet the needs of extremely low, <br />very low, low-, and moderate-income households. <br />Main Body: <br />• Section 4.B: Goals, Policies, and <br />Programs <br />(c)(3) Address and, where appropriate and legally possible, remove governmental and <br />nongovernmental constraints to the maintenance, improvement, and development of <br />housing, including housing for all income levels <br />Main Body: <br />• Section 4.B: Goals, Policies, and <br />Programs <br />(c)(3) and housing for persons with disabilities.
