Draft Resolution recommending the City Council approve <br />amendments to the General Plan <br />• Attachment 1- General Plan Amendment Redlines <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: <br />1. Adopt a resolution recommending the City Council certify the Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIR) (State Clearinghouse No. 2022040091) for the 6th Cycle <br />Housing Element, adopt a statement of overriding considerations, make findings <br />of fact, and adopt a mitigation monitoring and reporting program (MMRP); <br />2. Adopt a resolution recommending the City Council adopt a General Plan <br />amendment to update the Housing Element for the 6th Cycle including findings of <br />compliance with State law; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution recommending the City Council approve amendments to the <br />General Plan consistent with the 6th Cycle Housing Element and Stoneridge Mall <br />Framework. <br /> <br /> <br />
